New #photography: #Singapore #punk show

On my second-to-last day in Singapore, I met up with promoter Shaiful and shot a show at The Substation.  This was the first time in my life I'd been to an all-ages show that was air conditioned.  It was much nicer than sweating to death in the Cubby Bear or the Metro.  That night, a bunch of local bands played, and the headliner was a screamo band (don't ask me; I'm too old to know anyway) from Japan, Heaven In Her Arms.  Not my cup of musical tea, but the bands were energized by the crowd's enthusiasm, and fed off of that energy too.  It was a lot of fun to shoot that night.
