#Singapore: fish head curry.

Oh god. Oh yes. America needs fish head curry, now more than ever before. If you can ignore the softball-sized fish head leering up at you, you will be surprised and delighted.

It was on my list of must-try foods, and I went to Chin Chin Eating House to get it.  Yes, I pulled the head out of the bowl and picked the bones for meat. And I'm not ashamed to say I'd do it again.

I even ate an eyeball just to see what it was like. It was squishy at first, and then there was this hard, chalky-white nugget. It wasn't bad, it just didn't taste like much.

Eyeballs aside, if you ate this in a blind taste test you'd beg for more.
